LEASE FROM US and stay out of debt 5
More Clarification: Your lease includes complete chassis servicing, inspection and lube and oil change, and oil filter replacement every 3,000 miles, and tire rotation every 6,000 mi. It also includes other maintenance items, but in the case of major needed repairs, we may opt to end the agreement. You may purchase your car in its present condition at any time. You may also start a new lease on a different car . There is no "carry forward" of money paid to lease one car, over to the next car. It pays to treat your car car with the greatest of care, so you can enjoy years of use of it, both while WE own it, and later if you BUY it.
Stipulations:

2-- Things YOU or OTHERS break, like hitting a side mirror on something, breaking a lens in a parking lot, leaning too hard on an armrest, running over a nail or glass, or any number of other things that can get damaged beyond a maintenance issue, are to be repaired at YOUR expense.
3-- Problems caused by driver abuse, driver error, driving "under-the-influence", use of drugs of any kind, going to sleep while driving, senility, running off the road, getting the "gas" and "brake" pedals mixed up, hitting parking lot barriers, hitting curbs, running out of gas, or any number of other mistakes, must be repaired at YOUR expense.

5-- Your car is not a "pool car" for everyone to use. Purchase it first, and then give your keys to any and all. But buy it first.

7-- Never drive with the gas gauge below 1/4 tank. Gas gauges on older cars are always pessimistic. and you will run out of gas, which is not good for the car.
8-- We utilize "Known Good Salvage" parts in doing repairs on our cars.
9-- Any questions or concerns you may have, please do not hesitate to ask.
10-- "We treat everyone like family" is our motto.
